We are currently recruiting for Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a number of SEN Schools in the Grantham Area on a supply basis starting as soon as possible.
These schools are ideally looking for TA's who are experienced at working with young people who have various Special Educational Needs such as:
• Autism
• ADHD
• Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
• Learning Difficulties
The Teaching Assistant should have knowledge and understanding of:
• the needs of young children;
• child development and the ways in which children learn;
• the roles played by various adults in a child’s education;
• behaviour management strategies;
