A warm, patient, and positive individual who wants to help others succeed.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Previous experience in a school or with young people is desirable, but not essential—we’ll provide training for the right person.
What We Offer:
-
A supportive, friendly, and inclusive school community that values your role and your wellbeing.
-
Full training and induction plus ongoing CPD and opportunities to grow in your career.
-
Term-time only work – enjoy flexibility and work-life balance.

The opportunity to make a real, visible difference every single day.
-
A school culture that champions inclusion, respect, and kindness.
Easily Accessible – Wherever You’re Coming From
Located in the heart of Daventry, our school is easy to reach:
-
Excellent road links to Northampton, Rugby, Banbury, and surrounding villages.
-
Free on-site parking for staff.
-
Local bus routes and town-centre amenities just a short walk away.
-
Ideal for those commuting from Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, or Oxfordshire.
Whether you’re an experienced LSA or someone looking for a meaningful new direction, we’d love to hear from you. Join a school where you’ll be supported, appreciated, and empowered to make a difference.
