We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Teacher of Business Studies to join a successful and forward-thinking department within a well-regarded secondary school in the Northampton area.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious educator to play a key role in delivering high-quality Business Education that prepares students for real-world success, whether in further education, apprenticeships, or the workplace.
The Role:
As a Teacher of Business Studies, you will deliver engaging and contemporary lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, bringing theory to life with real-world applications and current industry trends. You’ll support students in developing critical thinking, financial literacy, marketing knowledge, and entrepreneurial skills in a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For:

A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a specialism in Business Studies or a related field.

A strong understanding of the GCSE and A-Level Business curriculum (BTEC knowledge an advantage).

Someone who can inspire, challenge, and motivate students of all abilities.

A forward-thinking individual who embraces innovation, digital tools, and real-world examples in the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
