The right applicant will have the students dreaming big with their teaching style and an attitude which expects 100% effort from all students. Depending on your experience and ambition, this KS1 role also comes with a TLR, and this can and will be discussed at interview with the leadership team.
As a KS1 Teacher with TLR your role will involve you teaching a high achieving KS1 class from April based on your skills, experience, and personal preference and you will be adding extensively to the creative philosophy of the department. At this school you will have the option to join their first class CPD programme and the key objective for your role is the continued academic progression of you and your class. As a KS1 Teacher with TLR you will take a lead on a core subject or phase whilst also working in your class with an enthusiastic TA.
