Cover Supervisors
Are you pursuing a career in education and wish to gain further experience in a Secondary school? Are you based in or around Gateshead? If you have the dedication and passion to help pupils reach their potential, then you could be ideal for a Cover Supervisor role. Many of our schools in this area frequently require individuals who have an interest in working with students, promoting positive behaviour and building great relationships with students.
As a Cover Supervisor, you gain great opportunities to gain vital experience to support your teaching application and be paid to do so. Through this role, you maximise the development of your skills and place yourself ahead of your competitors.
OVERVIEW
- Full-time and part-time roles available in secondary schools based in Gateshead
- Graduates preferred, but other candidates will be considered
- Supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis in lessons
- Covering lessons with pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
- Working directly alongside the other teachers to develop activities
- Gain invaluable experience prior to starting PGCE
- Opportunity to earn £55 - 75 per day
