Graduate Sports Coach

Are you an enthusistic Sports Graduate seeking an exciting Sports role for September?

Teaching Personnel Bristol is currently seeking a Sports Graduate to join an independent school in Bristol.  This position if full time and will be for the full academic year 20/21.

About the Role:

In this role you will be coaching sports and assisting the PE teacher in teaching PE lessons.  The school is particularly keen to hear from any candidates with sporting achievements or coaching experience in the following sports: Rugby, Hockey, Tennis, Netball, Cricket.

You will also be expected to support some weekend sports fixtures.

Weekly Pay between GBP300 - GBP375 a week (dependant on experience)

The ideal candidate:

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, positive and driven individual, perhaps with plans to enter teaching or coaching in the future. 

• Experience of working with young people in a formal or activity environment.
• Experience of coaching any sports
• Evidence of a drive to want to become a teacher
• Evidence of sporting achievements in a chosen field or fields

About the School:

You will be joining the Secondary site of an independant school in Bristol.  The school itself is easily accessible from the motorway network with approximately 750 students aged from 3 to 18. The Upper School occupies a glorious thirty acre campus with state of the art sporting facilites.

The site includes an athletics field with pavilion, 6 rugby pitches, 2 cricket squares, a floodlit all-weather hockey pitch, 6 floodlit tennis courts/ 4 floodlit netball courts, a fully equipped fitness suite, 4 squash courts, table tennis facilities, a sports hall with 4 badminton courts/ basketball court, indoor cricket nets and an axe throwing range.
