Year 6 Class Teacher – Full-Time Role (Starting January 2026)
Location: Stretford
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Start Date: January 2026
Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a warm and inclusive primary school in Stretford. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from January 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to Year 6 pupils
- Track and assess pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom culture
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities
- Prepare pupils for end-of-year assessments and transition to secondary school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to differentiate teaching to meet diverse learning needs
- Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Confident use of technology to enhance learning
- Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
