Year 6 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Stretford (Immediate Start)
Location: Stretford
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Stretford, currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 6 pupils
  • Monitor and assess student progress, offering clear and constructive feedback
  • Create an inclusive and supportive classroom culture
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources
  • Participate actively in ongoing professional development
  • Prepare pupils for end-of-year assessments and transition to secondary school

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs
  • Excellent understanding of the national curriculum and assessment standards
  • Confident use of technology to support learning
  • Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
