Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 6 pupils
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and teaching strategies
- Take part in ongoing professional development opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Year 6 or other Key Stage 2 year groups
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs
- Solid understanding of the National Curriculum and modern teaching approaches
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Confidence in using technology to enhance learning
