Year 6 Teacher – Full-Time | Didsbury | September 2026 Start
The Opportunity
Teaching Personnel is proud to be partnering with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Didsbury, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to Year 6 pupils
- Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing meaningful feedback to support development
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to wider school improvement
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Year 6 or within Upper Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- Ability to effectively differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum and current teaching practices
- Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
- Confidence in using technology to enhance teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
