Primary Teacher
Job description
Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced and motivated Year 6 Teacher to join a well-regarded primary school in Altrincham (WA15). This role is available for an immediate start and will continue until the end of the academic year, supporting the school through a crucial period leading up to SATs.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with strong knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum. Prior KS2 SATs experience is essential, as you will play a key role in preparing pupils for their assessments, delivering high-quality teaching, and ensuring strong progress across core subjects. You’ll be expected to create an engaging, structured learning environment that supports both higher‑attaining pupils and those who may require additional guidance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled, confident teacher who can hit the ground running, build positive relationships quickly, and contribute to the wider school community during a fast-paced and important term.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
