Year 6 Teacher – Full-Time | Wythenshawe | April Start
Start Date: First week after the Easter break
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Are you a confident and experienced Key Stage 2 teacher seeking a fresh and fulfilling role? Teaching Personnel is excited to be working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school in Wythenshawe that is looking to appoint a full-time Year 6 Teacher from April.

The Role
As the Year 6 class teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to a range of abilities
- Monitor, track, and assess pupil progress effectively
- Foster a positive, safe, inclusive classroom culture
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice
- Engage in ongoing CPD and contribute to wider school initiatives
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher who has:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Year 6 or other KS2 year groups
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- A strong grasp of the national curriculum and KS2 SATs requirements
- A flexible and adaptive teaching approach
- Confidence using technology to support learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
