Year 6 Teacher – Full-Time Role in Wythenshawe
Start Date: November 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Are you an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher ready to take on a rewarding challenge?
Teaching Personnel is excited to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wythenshawe, currently seeking a full-time Year 6 Teacher to join their dedicated team from November 2025.

The Role: What to Expect

As a Year 6 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet a range of learning needs
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share effective teaching strategies and ideas
  • Engage in ongoing CPD and contribute to the wider school community

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled educator who has:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience teaching in Year 6 or other Key Stage 2 classes
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management abilities
  • A sound knowledge of the national curriculum, especially KS2 SATs preparation
  • A flexible and adaptable teaching style to meet individual pupil needs
  • Confidence using technology to support and enhance learning
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
