Location: Partington
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Start Date: September 2026

A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Partington is looking to appoint a talented Year 6 Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2026. Your Role in the Classroom

You’ll take ownership of a Year 6 class, delivering engaging lessons while supporting both academic progress and personal development. Working closely with colleagues, you’ll help ensure every child reaches their full potential.

You will:

  • Deliver creative, high-quality lessons aligned with the Year 6 curriculum
  • Track and assess pupil progress effectively
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and focused learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with staff and leadership
  • Continuously develop your teaching practice

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience within Key Stage 2 (Year 6 preferred)
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching to different learning needs
  • Solid knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • Comfortable using technology to support learning
  • Motivated, reflective, and committed to high standards
