SEN Teaching Assistant - Finsbury Park

A lovely school in Finsbury Park is looking for a Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to work in their Early Years department.

The school is situated in the heart on Finsbury Park, only several minutes from Finsbury Park station with excellent bus links too. The staff are always striving for excellence, providing a stimulating place for children to learn and grow. Children in the school are continually supported but also encouraged to be creative and are always praised for success.

The school is very open and welcoming, with a very diverse mix of children in the school from many different religious and cultural backgrounds. This carries over into a successful program with SEN children, with a challenging and stimulating curriculum set up in order for SEN children to learn and grow along with their peers. The school is looking for someone to continue this ethos and provide support to SEN children who need a little guidance getting back up to speed!

To be considered for this role you must:

- Have an enhanced DBS check on the update service

- At least 1 year experience working as an SEN TA in a classroom setting

- Willing to live in or travel to Finsbury Park

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
