Teaching Personnel are working with a range of schools and academy trusts who are looking for candidates who have experience in supporting pupils with challenging behaviours.

The roles are working in Mainstream Primary school settings supporting pupils who have additional needs and/or challenging behaviours. The roles are 5 days a week working from 8:30-3:30, Term time only.

Being able to drive with access to your own vehicle will strengthen your application.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Experience of working with additional needs and challenging behaviours
  • Passion to support children and young people
  • Minimum of GCSE grade A-C or equivalent

If you have other qualifications such as: MAPA, Team Teach, Sports qualifications, Makaton or other qualifications that support pupils with additional needs or challenging behaviours then please make it clear on your CV.

All candidates must have a DBS in child work force which is registered on the update service. If you do not have a current DBS then do not worry as we can support you through the process.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
