Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Education

With roles across Primary education, Secondary & Special educational needs we are keen to speak to those who think they have the skills to work in a fast paced, dynamic ever changing environment!
What does this role entail?
- The recruitment of quality Teaching & Support Staff that you have both sourced and interviewed
- Offering an excellent service to long-standing clients and consulting on all recruitment & staffing needs
- Developing new business by rapport building & actively meeting key decision makers to provide quality staffing solutions.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
