Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools in Stockport
Daily Rate: £89 – £100 | Full-Time | September Start

Are you confident, organised, and interested in working with young people? Do you have experience in education, youth work, coaching, or a similar role?

We are working with several secondary schools in the Stockport area looking to recruit Cover Supervisors for full-time roles starting in September.

This is a great opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to gain classroom experience and make a positive impact.

The Role:

  • Supervising lessons in the absence of the class teacher

  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a focused learning environment

  • Delivering pre-set work to students across various subjects

  • Supporting students with questions and maintaining engagement

  • Gaining valuable experience within secondary school settings

You Will Need:

  • Confidence to manage a classroom and engage students

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A calm, professional, and flexible approach

  • Experience working with young people in any setting is an advantage

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
