Are you a strong and experienced Core Subject Teacher? Looking for a new role? Can you teach KS3-KS5 English, Maths or Science? If so we have the perfect role for you!

In Preperation for high demand from our client faith school in Durham during the new academic year, Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint core subject teachers to cover absences in the school. The roles will initially last up to a term but have the possibility of being extended. You will be preparing and delivering lessons across KS3-KS5 to classes of mixed ability

The school is located in Cramlington and currently has over 1000 pupils on roll. Students are generally well behaved and the school prides it self on its inclusive and caring atmosphere. This combined with the SLT's continued commitment to the performing arts, sports and a wealth of extra-curriculars ensures all learners are fully supported and challenged to achieve their potential.

NQTs with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • UK recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching either Maths, English or Science at a variety of levels
  • Subject-specific teachers are desirable: Physics, Biology and Chemistry
  • A friendly and patient approach to teaching
  • Good behaviour management skills
  • The ability to plan and deliver effective lessons
  • Earn between £550-850 per week
