We now have an exciting opportunity for a new branch manager with a passion for education to join our business in Essex.
We’re looking for experienced education recruiters, or those from a similar background in other sectors to join our expanding branch network and provide the leadership, direction and skills that will help take our dedicated team of consultants to the next level.
The successful applicant will take the lead role in the Chelmsford office, benefiting from both an established client relationship base and great potential for future growth. You will also be supported by a growing team of dedicated, passionate and talented consultants.
You may already be a successful branch manager looking for further development and progression or a Senior Consultant who is ready to take the next step in your career. You will have a clear career path with all the support, development and opportunities you will need to establish an exciting and rewarding management career.
A generous package is also on offer for the successful candidate, including a competitive salary, performance related commission scheme and eligibility to join our management share scheme. Applications are particularly welcomed from recruiters who want to be part of a company who are looking to raise standards in professional recruitment and who wish to make a difference by partnering and supporting the education sector with the provision of quality services.
