Our client school in Manchester are looking for a behaviour support assistant to join their internal inclusion unit from April 2019 until the end of the academic year.

We are looking for someone who is able to establish respectful and trusting relationships with students, promoting positive values and attitudes; setting high expectations at all times. They will be required to assist the teacher with the development and implementation of individual behaviour management strategies. The school are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of providing behaviour support to secondary school aged pupils. Support the challenge and motivation of pupils, promoting and reinforcing self-esteem.

In September 2010 the Academy moved into a £20 million state-of-the-art building and to accommodate a growing student population we have expanded further with a £10 million project, which concluded in October 2018. The school is located near to Baguley and Timperley, a short drive from exit 4 on the M56 and easily accessible via the Manchester Airport Metro links from the city centre and public bus routes. The school also has a large free car park for all staff members.
