Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit an experienced Behaviour Support Assistants based in Wibsey, Bradford. We are particularly look who has a passion for working with young people from disadvantaged and difficult backgrounds. The post will be to start as soon as possible and will be for the foreseeable future, with the exciting possibility of becoming a permanent member of staff for September.

We are looking for a well driven, hard working individual who has extensive knowledge and experience working with pupils who display challenging behaviours. You will be patient, confident and committed to making a positive impact within children's lives. You must have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with pupils, teaching staff, carers and families.

It is essential that you have the following experience:

Build up positive and effective relationships with pupils, families, teaching staff and the multi disciplinary team within the school

Ideally Team Teach trained

Genuine passion for making a different to young peoples lives

Be Resilient and willing to commit to the long term prospect
