ADHD/ADD Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are working with a number of schools across Derbyshire, specifically Alfreton, who cater for pupils of different age ranges, who have ADHD. They are looking ideally for specialised support staff, who are keen to work and support these particular pupils to help raise attainment by working with them on a 1-2-1 basis and also within small groups. Having specific qualifications is not essential, but having experience of working with children with SEN is.
Have you got experience of working with pupils who have ADHD and/or ASC? Have you got a family member with ADHD or know how to manage and support children with ADHD? If so i would love to hear from you. Whether you are looking to work anywhere from 2-5 days a week either on a ongoing and temporary basis or need to work certain days of the week I would love to hear from you.
