Job description

Maternity cover position in a year 4 class beginning ASAP.

Teaching Personnel are working as recruitment partner with a Primary school in South Manchester Wythenshawe, M22 area. The Primary school are looking for someone to be able to cover a maternity in the school. The role will be in the year 4 class and will be starting ASAP and will be for the remainder of the academic year and potentially until Christmas.

The school situated in South Manchester, Wythenshawe (M22) is a 1 form entry Primary school that received the grading "GOOD" in their most recent Ofsted report earlier this calendar year. The school has been described as "developing ways of more strongly motivating pupils to learn and successfully raising SATs results due to the development". The Wythenshawe Primary school has a strong leadership team that maintains a high level of teaching throughout the school enabling their pupils to get the best possible education within the school. The school are looking someone with experience in KS2 to help keep the class making progress during the academic year.

The school is looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual that will be able to hit the ground running in the school with their year 4 class. The school is Roman Catholic so practising Catholics are highly sought after. The candidate must b familiar with the Catholic ethos.
