A lovely school in South East London are recruiting for a new Year 3 Teacher to start in September. The school is right by Burgess Park, a short walk from South Bermondsey station and also not far from Elephant and Castle.
The school has maintained its Ofsted grade ‘Outstanding’ at its most recent inspection which the school puts down to dedication from both adults and children and a team of incredibly talented staff. The school continues to strive for improvement so that all children have the best learning experiences to provide them with a rich education. This includes ensuring staff welfare is well looked after to secure continuity with most teachers staying with the school for many years.
Key highlights from their Ofsted inspection include the school’s continuous drive for improvement with focused support and challenge for teachers and support staff. A real strength of the school is the support of the teaching assistants who work with teachers very effectively and enhance pupils’ learning across the school.
