Job Title: 1:1 Tutor / Teacher

Location:

East of England, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough

Salary:

 £25.00 Per hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated 1:1 Tutor / Teacher to join our team in the East of England, specifically in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough. As a 1:1 Tutor / Teacher, you will be responsible for providing personalised educational support to students on a one-on-one basis.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver tailored educational sessions to meet the individual needs of each student
  • Develop and implement personalised learning plans
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Provide feedback to students and parents/guardians on academic performance
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to enhance student learning

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of UK teaching or tutoring experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of educational best practises
  • Proficiency in subject matter being taught
  • Ability to motivate and engage students

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
