- Establish constructive relationships with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs.

- Undertake structured and agreed learning activities/teaching programmes, adjusting activities according to pupil responses.
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Catholic Primary School in the Ince area of Wigan.
We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 class from after October half term until the end of the term at least but could go on into the Spring term.
The suitable candidate must have a level 2 or 3 qualification and must have previous experience working in a mainstream classroom or with children of a similar age.

They currently use Ruth Miskin, ‘Read, Write, Inc’ Phonics in school, so experience using this scheme is highly sought after. Classroom based references and experience from within the last 12 months is essential for this role.
