Are you a Graduate who wants to get into Teaching? Are you looking for HLTA, Teaching Assistant and Support work in Barnsley to get the necessary experience? Do you want to work in regular and consistent Primary Schools and Academies?
Teaching Personnel are working with a number of Primary Schools and Academies in Barnsley S70 and South Yorkshire who require regular and consistent HLTA, Teaching Assistant and Support to help with last minute and pre booked cover arrangements. Due to a large increase in requests for HLTA’s and TA’s across the Town I am looking to recruit many more over the next few weeks.

The ideal candidates will have:
• Experience leading Primary aged pupils
• Flexibility for morning bookings
• Good classroom management skills
• Minimum of GCSE grade 'C' in Maths and English
• Degree (or equivalent)
The role of a HLTA involves leading lessons in place of the class teacher. You will not be required to plan and mark work, you will have access to lesson plans for each class you are covering and will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out by pupils and managing disruption and challenging behavior.
