Due to an extended leave of absence, Teaching Personnel are working with a good Primary School in Whelley area of Wigan, WN2, to look for a Year 1 or teacher to join their infant department from Easter 2018. The position of year 1 teacher will be starting from Easter 2018 with a view to continuing for the rest of the academic year.

- Year 1 or Teacher within a Key Stage 1 Department

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a 2 form entry primary school in the Whelley area of Wigan. This primary school proudly boasts great facilities and an experienced teaching team within their Key Stage 1 department. With a focus on phonics, speaking and listening, the school's facilities are second to none to allow for a high standard of teaching and learning.
As a Year 1 teacher, experience of working with various phonics schemes, leading small groups and planning for several Teaching Assistants would be important.
