This friendly Primary School in Tameside OL5, i s seeking to appoint an experienced and qualified primary teacher to carry out intervention teaching with their Key Stage One pupils. This position is on a full time, long term basis.
The Role:
This position will be a combination of small group and 1:1 intervention teaching. The Head is looking for a teacher with solid class teaching experience, and a track record of boosting student performance in Literacy and Numeracy in Key Stage One (KS1).
The School:
The school has an extremely supportive Senior Management team and happy pupils who are eager to learn. They have a high level of students who qualify for pupil premium funding and a high number of EAL students within the school. The school has excellent resources for teachers to take full advantage of.
The Teacher:
The Head Teacher is looking for an experienced primary teacher that can make a real difference to the learning potential of their Key Stage One (KS1) students through focussed intervention. To be considered for this role you must have a recognised teaching qualification (Bachelor of Education or PGCE), with QTS.
