The Role
As a Year 1 Class Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Support pupils of all abilities to achieve their full potential
- Assess, monitor and track progress effectively, using data to inform planning
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and support staff
- Contribute to the wider life of the learning community

- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Is passionate about supporting and developing young learners
- Treats children with kindness, respect and high expectations
- Has strong classroom management skills
- Can adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
