The Role

The successful applicant will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across KS1 or KS2.
• Plan and assess lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEND.
• Monitor pupil progress and implement strategies to maximise attainment.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

The Ideal Candidate

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching within a UK Primary School setting.
• Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge across the primary phase.
• Have effective behaviour management skills and high expectations for pupil achievement.
• Can adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs.
• Are organised, proactive and committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• Are keen to contribute positively to the wider school community.
