Teaching Personnel are currently looking for experienced teaching assistants or learning support assistants to get involved with our behaviour mentoring intervention scheme. This is the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience working with a range of special educational needs. The children you will be working with will have a range of social, emotional and mental health difficulties and will often be on the Autistic Spectrum, so previous experience in these areas is desired. The most important aspect is to have an empathetic personality that can display a caring nature whilst also motivating students to get involved with work, reinforce their self esteem and build relationships with yourself and other students. People with previous experience working in youth work, sports coaching roles of those with a degree in Psychology are also encouraged to apply.
