KS1 Teaching Assistant - Gravesend
KS1 Teaching Assistant needed for a GOOD Primary School in Gravesend.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a KS1 Teaching assistant to work on a full time basis in a slightly larger than average sized primary school. Teaching Personnel are working alongside this reputable Primary school to appoint a KS1 Teaching assistant to start immediately. This large primary school has a very supportive environment for both students and staff. The school is looking for an experienced KS1 Teaching assistant to support students across both key stages. They are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 teaching assistant who will bring a positive working attitude.
The teaching is good throughout the school and the children are really well behaved, as well as being enthusiastic about learning. The head teacher is really well respected and has helped to improve the quality of teaching. Due to the quality of teaching and the broad, well organised curriculum, the students make good and rapid progress at this school. By the end of Year 2, the progress from the students in reading, writing and math's is above average. Students make a really good start in EYFS due to the stimulating, welcoming and inclusive environment. They are really enthusiastic as soon as they enter the school. Teachers create excellent and engaging lesson plans which cater to their students' individual needs.
The successful candidate will have experience working with KS1 children within an educational background. The KS1 teaching assistant needs to have a bubbly personality and will interact with the children during the lessons, in order to enhance their learning.
