Job description

Achievement is based on personal growth and not just on exams and inspections. It’s essential that you have behaviour management skills and have experience in de-escalation as the young people can struggle to regulate themselves and need a resilient and reliable role model.
Are you looking to be in a role that made you want to get into teaching in the first place? Teaching Personnel is searching for a teacher who wants to feel the rewarding benefits from teaching and leave the school gates wanting to go back the next day. 
We’re looking for a teacher who is confident working with challenging behaviours and is equipped with the right tools and knowledge how to properly educate and shape a young person’s mind. 

•  The role is to start immediately and roles to start in September. Work is paid to scale and paid weekly.
•  Teaching to small class sizes (4-6 pupils) with multiple TA’s in the classroom offering support
•  Not required to work a notice if you want to leave and can work at multiple locations
•  Full time, part time and flexible work is available

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
