To be considered for this KS1 Primary Teaching Assistant opportunity you must have the following:
- A passion to support others
- Prior school, education or tutoring experience would be preferred
- Strong behaviour management
In this KS1 Primary Teaching Assistant you would be working 1:1 with a pupil in Key Stage 1 who needs additional support to ensure that their study flows perfectly. This include helping them with their work and supporting them around the school. The role would be fantastic education experience and would allow you to see the power education has to inspire students.
This rewarding KS1 Primary Teaching Assistant role would be perfect for somebody who is patient, understanding but motivational. You would need to have a 1st or 2:1 degree in psychology or a core subject and prior education or SEN experience would be extremely valuable.
