Teaching Assistant needed in Lymington / New Forest

Job description

We are currently seeking an individual with experience working with and support children and adults with a variety of learning difficulties and special educational needs. This applicant will have several years of experience working with aspects of challenging behaviour; including youth support work, mentoring and correctional support.

In this role applicants will be supporting children and young adults at the primary and secondary age level. As a Learning Support Assistants will support the pupils with a variety of needs in their daily routine, for instance in a typical daily routine, you will support pupils in the classroom with educational needs and integrating the pupils into the school community.

To be suited to this role, applicants must have the following:

  • GCSE - English and Maths
  • Child workforce DBS (or be willing to go through the application process).
  • Provide two graded references
