York SEN and Alternative Schools are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to assist with challenging behaviour.

Do you have experience working with children?

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for the Fulford area in York. We are looking for someone with experience of working with children aged from 4 - 16, experience in education is not essential. Ideally Team Teach trained and preferably good de-escalation techniques. However, all experience may apply.

NQTs with relevant experience are welcome to apply

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Supportive teaching technique
  • Team Teach trained
  • Experience with Challenging Behaviour
