Teaching Personnel is urgently recruiting a part-time Teaching Assistant for a fantastic primary school in Wimborne. This fixed-term position is ideal for someone looking for consistent hours in a rewarding support role, helping pupils in a focused afternoon learning environment.

✏️ Role Overview:

• Provide classroom support during the afternoon session (1–3pm).
• Assist with group activities and individual pupil support.
• Work closely with class teachers to reinforce learning and maintain engagement.
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and transition to end-of-day routines.
• Help create a calm and productive classroom atmosphere.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is reliable, punctual, and available every weekday afternoon.
• Has experience working with children or in educational settings.
• Is friendly, calm, and confident in supporting young learners.
• (Desirable) Has a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or equivalent experience.
