Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across primary, secondary, and SEN schools in and around Dorchester. Whether you’re seeking flexible day-to-day work or a longer-term placement, we have a variety of opportunities to suit your experience and availability.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals who:

• Have experience supporting children or young people (school, nursery, or care background welcome)
• Are patient, positive, and passionate about helping students reach their potential
• Can work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
• Are available for part-time or full-time work during term time

Formal qualifications aren’t essential — what’s most important is your commitment, reliability, and enthusiasm for supporting children’s education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
