 Pay: £89.38 – £95 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Dorchester, seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils needing additional support.
• Help prepare classroom resources and provide administrative support.
• Support children with additional learning needs (SEND experience is a plus).
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

What We're Looking For:

• Someone with experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, caring, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential.
