Hours: Part-time (flexible days, Monday to Friday)
Role: Teaching Assistant (General Classroom & SEN support)
Pay: Market-related (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier for the right candidates)

We are currently seeking motivated and adaptable Part-Time Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and inclusive primary and secondary schools across Wimborne.

Whether you have classroom experience or transferable skills from a care, youth work or support background, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role:

• Support teachers with day-to-day classroom delivery
• Assist individual or small groups of pupils with learning activities
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Provide additional support for pupils with SEND or learning difficulties
• Be flexible and ready to step into different year groups or schools if needed

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
• A caring, patient and reliable nature
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
