Teaching Assistant Sleaford
Teaching
The Role:
- Assisting day to day classroom support and assisting with behaviour
- Pay expectation for the day GBP57-70 dependant on experience
- Developing good relationships with pupils
- Encouraging students to interact with other students within the classroom and activities led by the teacher
You will need:
- Teaching Assistant experience desirable but not essential
- Prior experience working with SEN/ Behaviour (Youth workers/ Support workers are ideal)
- Available to work full-time school hours (8.30-3.30) from September 2019
- A patient and calm approach to behaviour management
- Live in or be able to commute to the Sleaford area
