Salary: £20,000–£22,500 FTE (depending on experience)

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, help manage behaviour positively, and assist students in developing academic and social skills.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting students in lessons, including English, Maths and Science

• Assisting with classroom set-up, resources, and learning activities

• Helping to manage behaviour in line with the school’s expectations

• Encouraging student engagement and confidence
