We are seeking a motivated, caring, and reliable Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming schools in Northamptonshire. No previous school experience is required—just enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Training and support will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom with their learning

• Working with small groups or 1:1 under teacher guidance

• Helping create a positive, engaging learning environment

• Assisting with classroom routines, resources, and displays

• Contributing to the wider life of the school

What We’re Looking For:

• A nurturing, patient, and proactive individual

• Strong communication skills

• A genuine interest in working with children

• Ability to follow guidance and work as part of a team

• Previous TA experience is desirable, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
