Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the classroom by providing general support and working with small groups or one-on-one, tailored to each school’s needs

• Offering consistent assistance to the Class Teacher throughout the school day

• Tracking pupils’ progress and delivering constructive feedback

• Promoting the school’s values and ethos, while applying behaviour management policies

• Contributing to a positive and stimulating learning environment

• Collaborating closely with fellow staff members

The role offers an hourly rate between £13.75 and £14.50, with typical working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 15:30.

While previous experience working in schools or with children is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
