Primary Teaching Assistants – Bridport Area
Location: Bridport and surrounding areas
Hours: Full-time and part-time roles available
Salary: £85 - £95 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)

We’re working closely with a number of friendly and supportive primary schools in the Bridport area, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September 2025.
Whether you’re an experienced TA, a recent graduate considering a career in education, or looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
- Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 – tailored placements to your strengths
- Working 1:1 with pupils or supporting small group interventions
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Helping to create a nurturing and positive learning environment
✅ Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience working with children (in school or other settings)
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
- A calm, positive and proactive attitude
- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training can be provided)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
