Are you a passionate SEN TA who wants to make a difference?
A Special Educational Needs teaching assistant is urgently required within a Chelmsford SEN school. The school is well renowned for supporting children who have Autism and is looking for a special SEN assistant to fit in with their flexible and encouraging culture. We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals that are able build strong working relationships with pupils on the Autism Spectrum. You must have the ability to differentiate learning approaches and be able to understand pupil's individual needs, encouraging their independent skills and life long skills.
This extremely rewarding role will be vital in preparing students for responsibilities later in school life and adulthood. The school are keen to maintain their challenging approach, which is both stimulating and engaging for their pupils.
As the ideal SEN learning support assistant, you should be able to use your initiative and demonstrate composure. A compassionate, patient nature is vital and to maintain regularity for the students.
