Supply teacher - Launceston and Callington Areas

Teaching Personnel are currently in partnership with several schools across Launceston and Callington and have various other first call arrangements. Due to an increase in cover, a number of our local Primary schools wish to expand their bubble of supply teachers.

Prioritisation for schools local to you
School Risk Assessment/COVID-19 policy provided to you prior to attending schools
Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced teacher looking to network in a number of new schools as a supply teacher, we are able to provide you with regular daily work. We can work around your preferences for 1, 2 or 5 days work per week. Working on a supply basis will require you to ideally have your own form of transport as sometimes we may call you on the morning of work at short notice, however this is not mandatory. We also have a number of pre-planned absences where we will be able to provide you with advanced notice of work allowing you plenty of time to prepare for the day ahead.
Any teachers interested in this opportunity are required to;
- Hold a PGCE
- Experience Teaching in Primary
- Enthusiasm, energy and flexibility
- High expectations and a commitment to raising attainment and achievement
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
