Speech and Language Support Assistant

Job description

We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide additional support to children with Speech and Language difficulties.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be working with SEN pupils in KS2 to KS4 supporting in the delivery of Speech and Language intervention. You will need to be able to show strong evaluative skills and be able to present impact to the Senior Leadership Team.

You will need to:

* have strong communication skills and be able to work proactively with outside agencies, parents and other members of staff

* have experience of delivering a wide range of speech and language programmes and intervention

* have the ability to create a wide range of resources specifically to support speech and language
