SEN Teaching Assistant Roles Available in Ebbw Vale

Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit SEN specialist teaching assistants to work with a client school based in Ebbw Vale. The candidates will be asked to support children either in small groups or on a one to one basis. The children at the school may be diagnosed with autism or co-existing conditions including ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, Tourette's syndrome, epilepsy and or challenging behaviour. Trips to the shop or local park may also be asked of you. The required time to work will be within 8:30-3:30.

This is a school with excellent supporting staff and a friendly environment. A great location with opportunity for both temporary and permanent roles for the right candidates. There is a competitive rate of pay to be offered to candidates ranging from £50.44-£60:00 a day.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
