Are you looking to work with Special Educational Needs children? Then we want to hear from you! Here at Teaching Personnel we are recruiting for numerous SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a Special Educational Needs school in Maidenhead. The school caters for primary and secondary school pupils with Autism, Sensory Needs, Speech Language Communication Difficulties and Emotional Needs.

The core aim of the school is to allow pupils to progress in their education, provide therapeutic learning support and develop essential life skills.

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience working with children or adults with Autism or Special Educational Needs (not essential)
  • Patient, nurturing and empathetic.
  • Calm manner in stressful circumstances  
  • Proactive and eager to get stuck in
  • Happy to take on additional training
