About the role

Maths Teacher

Location – Camborne

Contract Type – Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours)

Starting – October 2025

Salary - £32,916 - £45,351

 

 

Key Responsibilities

-          Delivering GCSE and Functional Skills Maths programmes to 16-19

-          Plan and deliver lessons

-          Contribution to schemes of work and curriculum planning

-          Providing feedback and encouragement to all learners

-          Adhering to all safeguarding policies

What we’re looking for

-          Qualified Teacher (QTS or Equivalent)

-          Strong GCSE & Functional Skills Maths Knowledge

-          Passionate about inspiring the next generation

-          Organised, proactive and some who can work as a larger team aiming towards one collective goal

-          Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
